Shipping Information

We charge a flat-rate of $6.00 for all orders.

Provisions Mercantile uses Federal Express (FedEx), UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery of our packages. FedEx will only ship to physical addresses (no PO boxes, APO, etc). Provisions Mercantile currently ships only to the Continental U.S.

Gift cards will be sent free of charge via USPS.

If shipping costs are required, you will be given the opportunity to review the shipping charge before placing your order. A flat-rate of $6.00 is charged for all orders.

Under normal circumstances, most orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours. However, if you have questions about your order status, you can check it by sending an e-mail or give us at 828-676-0600.
